Shipping & Returns

The short version

Every shirt is printed just for you and shipped from the USA. If it shows up and it’s not right, you’ve got 30 days to send it back — as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Easy. Here are the details.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States — U.S. only for now.

How long it takes

Because we print to order (no warehouse full of stuff), there’s a little wait before your order ships:

• Production: 2–5 business days to print and pack.
• Shipping: another 3–7 business days once it’s on its way.

So figure roughly 1–2 weeks start to finish. The Dude does not rush, but he does deliver.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and address.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Give it a day to start updating — carriers can be mellow like that.

Lost, stuck, or slow packages

If tracking stalls or your package goes on an unplanned adventure, email us at hey@whatwouldthedudedo.com and we’ll help chase it down. For packages marked delivered but MIA, check with neighbors and your local carrier first — then holler at us.

Returns — the 30-day deal

Not feeling it? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item for a refund, as long as it comes back:

• Unworn and unwashed — no rocking it to league night first.
• Undamaged, with no signs of wear — no stains, smells, pet hair, rips, or that lived-in look.
• In its original condition (with tags still on, if it came with them).

Items that come back worn, washed, or damaged can’t be refunded — we can’t resell them, man, and we’re not going to pass someone’s used tee off as new.

How to start a return

Email hey@whatwouldthedudedo.com with your order number and what you’d like to do. We’ll send return instructions. Please don’t ship anything back before you hear from us — we want to make sure it lands in the right place.

Refunds

• Once we get your return and check it over, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs aren’t refundable, and return shipping is on you — unless the problem was our fault (see below).

Exchanges (wrong size, mostly)

Grabbed the wrong size? Start a return for the one that doesn’t fit and place a new order for the one that does — that’s the fastest way to get you sorted. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering to keep it limber.

If it shows up damaged, defective, or just wrong

That’s on us, and we’ll make it right — no charge. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, your call. You won’t pay return shipping for our mistakes.

The stuff we can’t take back

Gift cards, custom & personalized items, and anything marked final sale, are non-returnable.
